Died 15 February 1909                                         Died 8 August 1923

On her stone is carved,

“She’s gone to world’s above

Where saints and angels meet

To realize our Savior’s love

And worship at his feet

They are buried on the homeplace in Kendalia. They are my great-great grandparents.

  1. It is nice that you have such good burial markers on a homeplace.

      It is. Carl’s parents are not so lucky. They are buried on their old homeplace and it is very difficult to get to the tombstone.
